The Aligned living membership is a collection of information, tools, techniques and my lived experiences, integrated into a library of videos, live classes and written blog posts.
As well as live Zoom Q&A sessions with expert guests. Members can choose to pay monthly or choose the yearly commitment.
To support you on this journey, you will become a part of the Aligned Living community where members are encouraged to share resources, learnings, experiences and have discussions. This is done on a Whatsapp group. Providing individual attention for each member is very important to Kathleen and she wants to support you fully on your journey to living a more aligned and vital life.
Video classes are a mixture of Breath-work Meditation, Asana (Yin Yoga, Restorative, Vinyasa and Iyengar), Yoga Nidra, Philosophy, Educational and Mindfulness practices.
The video classes are delivered in a series that consists of 15, 30 and 60 minute videos.

Monday evening practice

Slow restorative practice including Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
Wednesday morning practice
07.00 – 08.00
Slow but strong practice, activating internal systems in the body while strengthening and toning the muscular and skeletal systems. Therapeutic value and focussed on correct alignment and adjustments for the individual.
